Terms of use
Longview - Weight Tracker ("Longview") is published by OUTWORLD APPS S.R.L., Romania ("we"). By using Longview you agree to these terms and to the terms of the app store you got it from. If they conflict on how the app was obtained, the store's terms apply.
Your data
What you enter is yours. Longview stores your weigh-ins, height and settings locally; your operating system may include them in device backups. We never receive those entries, so we can't read, recover or restore them for you. Longview has no account and no sync. How we and Google's ads software handle information is explained in the privacy policy.
Free, supported by ads
Longview is free. It has no purchases and no subscription. It is supported by ads from Google AdMob, which may appear as a labelled sponsored card on the home screen depending on your consent choices and ad availability. All app features remain usable without ads. Ads are provided by Google and its partners, who are responsible for their content; we don't endorse the products advertised. You can change Google's ad choices in Settings → Privacy choices where available, and Apple's tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Acceptable use
Use Longview lawfully and don't try to break, reverse-engineer or resell it except as the law allows.
Not medical advice
Longview is a weight log. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. BMI is a screening measure: it can't tell muscle from fat and isn't meant for under-18s or during pregnancy. Talk to a health professional before making decisions about your health, diet or weight. Availability and changes
We may update Longview and these terms. Changes to these terms apply from the date shown above. Keep your own records of anything you can't afford to lose; losing or resetting your device can lose locally stored entries unless your operating system restores them from a backup.
Liability
Longview is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
